I think I am happy, I wrote some new songs.
I love the sunsets, and where I come from,
There is much beauty but there is more evil
It hurts to look, and when you do see them
You blame all mankind, you refuse to exist
You can’t solve a thing, not those you wished
Your friends might still love you
Wrap you with smiles
But so many unhappy,
The disparity in lives-
But I think I’m happy. I just wrote some songs
I know I can’t really right all the wrongs
I’m glad for friendships, for family as well
We live in our fights and the cold war spells
Let’s have some chocolates. You want some tea?
I think I am happy, and I want you to be
Glad that you met me, glad that you’re here
Tapping on the moment, spreading some cheer
I’m glad to have met you; I’ll write you a song
I’m starting a journey, friend. Won’t you come along?
My smiling face in the polaroid That I left behind in your heart Is losing its colours and I Am out of focus I multiplied my two arms Into thousands Hand-in-hand like a mesh The thatched wall of blood and flesh Is crumbling and I’m scattered all over How do I protect you now? Your lips have forgotten to sting At the strike of my name Oh how easily now They’re just vowels and consonants I think I have indeed Begun to end.
Bury me when the sun finally sets I’ll leave the rope of my long hair For you Not as a reminder to forget But to secure the ones who come next spring Bury me now Bury me So that I can bury you well.
It's strange how the night is
Walking to the sun
It's strange how it's ending
Before it has begun
The stars, they are guiding
The blue, lonely night
But I cannot find him
And I'm not alright
The sliding alleys
Sleep with the trees
The soft snoring leaves
Sing their lullabies
The lamps, they all flicker
Dreaming of the sun
And oh, how it has ended
Before it has begun.
